This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +1 more state.
• Meet the annual operational goals by collaborating with distributors to enhance route averages and onboard new distributors within the territory.
• Facilitate Field Excellence Meetings every 60 days, along with monthly gatherings for the entire district.
• Lift over 10 pounds of product totes to demonstrate to clients.
• Conduct hands-on work sessions and truck ride-alongs 3–4 days a week to mentor and support distributors.
• Complete an initial two-week training program, with the possibility of additional two-week sessions when assisting with new starts.
• Attract and maintain distributors within the Mac Tools business.
• Provide training for new franchisees through two-week ride-alongs.
• Organize and prepare new-start trucks, which includes moving products and toolboxes.
• Revisit new starts as necessary to foster development and coaching as instructed by the Regional Manager and Regional Business Analyst.
• Engage in Student Tech shows.
• Manage regional credits and adjustments.
• Conduct route surveys for all new starts and upon request from the Regional Manager.
• Travel locally 80% of the time.
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• Previous experience in the mobile tool sales sector.
• Familiarity with the local automotive repair industry.
• Proven track record of successfully recruiting new talent into an organization.
• Experience as a small business owner or in coaching and mentoring small business owners.
• A minimum of 5 years in route or field sales experience.
• At least 2 years of management experience overseeing multiple field or route sales professionals.
• Capability to lift more than 10 pounds.
• Ability to perform bending, twisting, and pushing tasks.
