This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Inside Account Executives to achieve and surpass sales targets and activity metrics.
• Supervise cold calling, prospecting, and account profiling to develop robust sales pipelines.
• Direct customer relationship building through email, phone, and in-person interactions.
• Ensure the attainment of quotas, activity goals, and pipeline expansion.
• Support the entire sales process from initial outreach to project completion and renewal.
• Guide the use of SHI tools, resources, and technology to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with customer inquiries, identify challenges, and offer effective IT solutions.
• Monitor and evaluate performance using CRM and internal reporting tools; provide feedback and action plans accordingly.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and best practices.
• Facilitate training, knowledge sharing, and professional development initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales leadership, marketing, and internal departments on account strategies and business objectives.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex customer issues or sales challenges.
• Cultivate a positive, high-performance, customer-centric team culture.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Minimum of 3 years in inside sales, account management, or sales leadership, preferably within the IT or Public Sector.
• At least 2 years of experience in a sales leadership role.
• Documented success in achieving sales goals and quotas.
• Strong focus on customer solutions and satisfaction.
• Experience engaging with C-Level executives.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events.
• Demonstrated expertise in time management, planning, and organization.
• Ability to learn continuously and work independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to motivate others.

• Proficient in long-term planning and outcome anticipation.
