This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Serve as a bridge between GM, its dealerships, and other GM partners.
• Cultivate and strengthen partnerships with dealerships.
• Offer mentorship and consulting to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor dealership Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and gather customer feedback to pinpoint deficiencies and opportunities.
• Support product launches and coordinate marketing and advertising efforts among dealers, independent aftermarket, and GM.
• Oversee dealership personnel training and ensure compliance with GM standards and objectives.
• Aid in dealership inventory management, including vehicle and parts ordering and inventory stabilization.
• Evaluate dealer sales, local market conditions, and competition to uncover revenue opportunities.
• Drive sales of GM vehicles and accessory parts.
• Help resolve customer issues.
• Travel to dealerships across the designated region.
• Collaborate with retailers to enhance customer experiences, accelerate growth, support EV adoption, and introduce innovative solutions to the market.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Sales, Marketing, or related areas with a proven success in driving revenue growth.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, encompassing data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% to various locations within the territory.
• Must be legally eligible to operate a motor vehicle in accordance with the licensing requirements of the states where work is performed.
• Must reside in an approved city within the assigned territory or relocate to Charlotte or a nearby leadership-approved area within 60 days of the start date.
• Must be able to legally operate a motor vehicle and successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Report review.
• Must not require GM immigration sponsorship now or in the future, including H-1B, OPT, STEM OPT, CPT, TN, J-1, or any other immigration assistance.
• Preferred skills include strategic business planning, data analytics, customer focus, conflict resolution, problem-solving, persuasive communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in dynamic environments.
