District Parts & Service Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Serve as a business consultant to assist MMSCAN dealers in the sale and servicing of Mitsubishi vehicle parts and accessories.

• Aid in the implementation of aftersales programs, policies, and procedures.

• Support dealers in delivering an exceptional ownership experience while ensuring profitable operations.

• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with dealers within the designated district.

• Achieve territory dealer KPI targets, encompassing parts, accessory, and dropship goals.

• Contact and visit dealerships to convey, execute, and manage Aftersales Department programs, policies, and procedures.

• Oversee and guide dealers on policies, procedures, parts sales, inventory control, service training, warranty administration, consumer relations, and customer satisfaction.

• Suggest operational enhancements to optimize customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, market penetration, target achievement, and profitability.

• Provide automotive technical advice to dealership service personnel.

• Process, resolve, and finalize customer inquiries with assistance from MMSCAN departments.

• Collaborate with Aftersales stakeholders to meet shared KPIs.

• Record dealer contacts and significant interactions in TSi or an equivalent system, including action items and corrective measures.

• Assist in organizing, coordinating, and facilitating dealer communication meetings.

• Execute other assigned or necessary duties.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of five years of professional automotive Fixed Operations experience at the dealer or OEM level is preferred.

• Proficiency in both English and French is required.

• A current valid driver's license and an MMSCAN approved driving record are necessary.

• Domestic travel is mandatory.
