This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Inspire, lead, and motivate Dealers in Central & Southern Alberta.
• Implement initiatives alongside the Regional Manager and Regional Marketing Managers to meet retail sales and market share objectives.
• Enhance revenue and cultivate robust Dealer partnerships by boosting sales performance and elevating customer experience.
• Meet retail sales and market share goals through District and Dealer Action plans.
• Examine sales, inventory, market share, demographic, and competitive intelligence data to pinpoint sales opportunities.
• Review the Dealership Operating Report to uncover efficiency and sales-growth potential.
• Formulate strategies to optimize vehicle ordering coverage and synchronize Dealer ordering patterns with regional strategies and market opportunities.
• Foster a customer-centric culture within Dealers and ensure supporting processes and procedures are in place.
• Enhance Customer Satisfaction Index performance and uplift underperforming Dealerships.
• Address customer complaints and facilitate win-win resolutions.
• Advocate for the retail digital customer experience and retail innovation.
• Promote participation in product training.
• Increase Accessories revenue through upfront ordering, showroom sales, and merchandising.
• Boost OnStar activations via Welcome Call onboarding and Mobile App usage.
• Increase GM Financial Leasing Penetration.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience (District Sales Manager experience preferred).
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
• Proven history of sales growth and relationship development.
• Excellent analytical skills paired with strong decision-making capabilities.
• Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively in cross-functional settings.
• Familiarity with OEM distribution processes, field sales tools, and reports.
• Willingness to travel and occasionally work extended hours if necessary (e.g., month-end).
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Successful completion of a Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma, preferably in Business.
• Must not require GM immigration-related sponsorship now or in the future.
• Required to travel at least 50% or more frequently.
