This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.
• Oversee commercial activities within field teams to boost sales in a designated region.
• Develop, implement, and disseminate the District Sales Plan while tracking its progress.
• Organize field activities to meet targets and achieve desired results.
• Optimize market, segment, and team dynamics to enhance both top- and bottom-line outcomes.
• Ensure seamless collaborative execution of daily operations and strategic business initiatives.
• Establish the tone and momentum for business processes and organizational structure.
• Present market insights and franchise/business viewpoints while leading teams and field meetings.
• Cultivate expertise in products, disease states, and managed care markets.
• Guide, mentor, instruct, and develop both direct and indirect team members.
• Hold direct reports accountable for their behaviors and expectations.
• Offer direction and insights to internal stakeholders during business planning sessions.

• Preferred Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a related business discipline, or equivalent relevant industry experience required.
• Strong business analysis and planning capabilities that drive sales performance.
• Exceptional judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in articulating the scientific facets of treatments and therapeutic areas.
• Demonstrated ability to provide honest, constructive feedback and manage performance effectively.
• Skilled in developing talent for promotional advancements.
• Capable of fostering a culture of success and full team engagement.
• Ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders without direct authority across organizations.
• Proficient in modeling AbbVie’s Ways of Working.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving standards.
• Must fulfill applicable healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements.
• Must be in good standing and/or be eligible to obtain necessary credentials.
• May be subject to background checks, drug screenings, proof of immunization/vaccination, fingerprinting, and specific state or city licenses.
• Ability to operate a personal vehicle, company car or truck, or powered material-handling equipment.
