This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Oversee commercial operations within field teams to enhance sales in a designated region
• Develop, execute, and communicate the District Sales Plan while tracking progress
• Organize in-field initiatives to meet results and established targets
• Optimize market, segment, and team dynamics to propel both top- and bottom-line outcomes
• Ensure effective, collaborative execution of daily operations and long-term business strategies
• Set the standard and pace for business processes and organizational structure
• Present market and franchise/business insights while leading teams and conducting in-field meetings
• Attain expertise in product, disease-state, and managed-care knowledge
• Coach, mentor, train, and develop both direct and indirect team members
• Hold direct reports accountable for their actions and expectations
• Provide guidance and insights to key internal stakeholders during business planning

• Operate a personal vehicle, company car, truck, or powered material-handling equipment
• A Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a business-related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant industry experience is mandatory

• Ability to articulate the scientific aspects of treatments and therapeutic areas
