This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.
• Oversee commercial operations within field teams to meet sales objectives in the designated region.
• Develop, execute, and communicate the District Sales Plan while tracking its progress.
• Coordinate field activities and optimize market, segment, and team dynamics to enhance outcomes.
• Ensure effective collaboration for both daily operations and long-term business strategies.
• Establish the pace and tone for business processes and organizational structure.
• Present market insights and franchise/business viewpoints while leading teams and conducting field meetings.
• Attain comprehensive knowledge of products, disease states, and managed care information.
• Coach, mentor, educate, and foster the development of both direct and indirect team members.
• Hold direct reports accountable for their actions and expectations.
• Offer guidance and insights to key internal stakeholders during the business planning process.

• A Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a business-related discipline is preferred; relevant and equivalent industry experience is required.
• Skills in business analysis and planning that drive sales effectiveness.
• Strong judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Capability to articulate the scientific aspects of treatments and therapeutic areas.
• Proven track record of delivering honest, constructive feedback and managing performance effectively.
• Ability to nurture talent for promotional opportunities.

• Must meet all relevant health care industry representative (HCIR) credentialing standards.
• Must be in good standing and/or qualified to obtain necessary HCIR credentials.
• Must be able to pass background checks, drug screenings, immunization/vaccination verification, fingerprinting, and state- or city-specific licensing when applicable.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving standards.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to cover the territory, including overnight training sessions and sales meetings.
• Ability to operate a personal vehicle, company vehicle, or powered material-handling equipment.
