This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver promotional recaps, business insights, outcomes, trends, and competitive analysis to store management.
• Oversee controllable expenses, which include merchandise discrepancies, salaries, overtime, cash flow, repair and maintenance costs, and other P&L expense categories.
• Work alongside the Marketing team to execute promotions and launch new products.
• Provide feedback on stock challenges to category managers and collaborate with vendors to ensure product availability.
• Ensure the timely execution of monthly promotions and uphold vendor performance standards.
• Uphold company policies, procedures, governmental regulations, and sales restrictions.
• Foster a safe and secure working environment through safety practices, effective communication, and training initiatives.
• Anticipate financial needs, prepare annual budgets, schedule expenditures, analyze variances, and initiate corrective measures.
• Lead and manage Store Managers, encompassing recruiting, selection, orientation, development, training, coaching, counseling, disciplinary actions, and performance evaluations.
• Set job expectations and formulate action plans to resolve issues.
• Implement non-discriminatory management practices in the hiring, training, counseling, motivating, and separation of employees.
• Generate operational and risk reports for review and analysis.
• Achieve Financial and Key Result Area targets in accordance with Company Plan guidelines.
• Advance professional and technical knowledge through workshops, publications, networking, and professional organizations.
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
• Other combinations of job-related experience and education may be considered.
• Preferred 3–5 years of retail business experience or more.
• Minimum of 2 years in a management role is required.
• Experience with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is preferred.
• Proven leadership capabilities.
• Strong communication skills.
• Self-directed, self-motivated, and focused on customer service.
• Proficient in both verbal and written communication in English.
• Capable of supervising and training Store Managers in the use of store equipment, tools, and materials.
• Skilled in supervising and managing responsibilities outlined in the Store Manager job description.
• A current valid driver's license is required for operating a company vehicle.
• Ability to sit for extended durations, operate a computer keyboard and mouse, view a monitor, communicate via telephone, reach forward and/or overhead, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
