District Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Develop and adjust work plans based on established goals and regional market conditions, ensuring timely tracking, correction, and improvement.

• Analyze, manage, and allocate regional resources, providing timely summaries and optimizations.

• Build an efficient team that fosters a culture of compliance and integrity in operations.

• Provide professional training to regional personnel and create individual development plans.

• Establish regular academic communication channels with healthcare professionals to seize opportunities and expand new business.

• Create a cross-departmental and cross-regional communication mechanism to ensure effective and quality communication both within and outside the region.

• Strictly adhere to the company's Code of Ethical Conduct (OEC) policy and effectively execute the company's marketing strategies.

• Promptly report adverse drug events related to company products and cooperate with PV to gather information when necessary.

• Comply with applicable laws and regulations, industry standards, and company policy requirements, embodying the company’s values and principles of integrity and compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in medicine, pharmacy, or a related field.

• Over five years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least two years in team management.

• Strong English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

• Good understanding of medical concepts and capability in market planning and implementation.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong expression skills and ability to collaborate across departments.

• Willingness to undertake travel assignments as required by the company.
