This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.
β’ Conduct joint visits alongside sales representatives, followed by thorough analysis and documentation of these visits.
β’ Oversee personnel performance while engaging in regional market planning and evaluation.
β’ Attend PIM departmental meetings as well as regional gatherings.
β’ Facilitate quarterly performance development reviews and monthly evaluations for each representative.
β’ Establish and monitor quarterly access for new and key products in tertiary and secondary hospitals.
β’ Assess regional performance on a quarterly basis, assign performance levels based on achievement rates, and implement necessary follow-up actions.
β’ Organize field training and assessments to enhance representatives' visiting skills and capabilities on a weekly basis.
β’ Monitor representatives' target doctors and their ongoing application of classroom training skills.
β’ Attend and evaluate a minimum of one representative product presentation each week.
β’ Evaluate product presentations focusing on hospital access, sales growth, new-patient prescriptions, target-doctor expansion, and major hospital engagement.
β’ Lead weekly regional meetings addressing product knowledge, business skills, performance reviews, strategic plans, activities, important updates, product usage, and feedback.
β’ Conduct monthly visits to VIPs and government officials.
β’ Report on product and market conditions while coordinating approved market activities with product and regional managers.
β’ Ensure effective daily visitations totaling eight hours within the region, maintaining availability from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
β’ Manage and compile reports.
β’ Must adhere to the required schedules for visits, performance management, market planning, meetings, VIP visits, reporting, and administrative tasks.
β’ Must conduct a minimum of eight hours of effective visits within the assigned region daily.
β’ Must keep the phone on and be fully reachable for the company and customers from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
β’ Must maintain written records and follow up on representative visits, performance reviews, coaching sessions, product presentations, and other activities.
β’ Must track representative performance, target doctors, new and key products, and hospital access in tertiary and secondary hospitals.
β’ Must coordinate field training and assessments with the training manager, under the guidance of the regional manager.
β’ Must participate in weekly regional meetings and product presentations.
β’ Must visit relevant VIPs monthly, including hospital presidents, vice presidents, pharmacy directors, academic leaders, and key experts.
β’ Must engage with relevant government officials monthly alongside commercial personnel.
β’ Must report on product business and market conditions to the regional manager monthly, with a copy sent to the product manager.
β’ Must obtain approval from the product manager and regional manager for market activities and settle expenses within one month following financial payment.
