This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Allocate 50% of your time to conducting joint visits with representatives, followed by analyzing and documenting the outcomes of these visits.

β€’ Dedicate 20% of your time to managing personnel performance and engaging in regional market planning and assessment.

β€’ Spend 10% of your time participating in internal PIM meetings.

β€’ Invest 10% of your time visiting VIPs and pertinent departments.

β€’ Allocate 10% of your time to attending regional meetings and completing, as well as following up on, forms, administrative tasks, and other responsibilities.

β€’ Conduct quarterly performance development reviews and strategic planning with each representative.

β€’ Execute monthly performance evaluations, devise improvement plans, and maintain comprehensive written records.

β€’ Establish and monitor quarterly access for new and priority products in tier-three and tier-two hospitals.

β€’ Conduct quarterly performance assessments for the assigned region and implement necessary follow-up actions.

β€’ Collaborate with the training manager to coordinate field training and assessments under the guidance of the regional manager.

β€’ Enhance at least one visit skill or capability for each representative weekly and ensure documentation of this improvement.

β€’ Track 10% of each representative's target doctors and follow up on the sustained application and enhancement of classroom training skills.

β€’ Attend and evaluate a minimum of one representative product presentation each week.

β€’ Organize weekly regional meetings that encompass product knowledge, business skills, business reviews, plans, activities, critical information, product usage, and feedback.

β€’ Visit relevant VIPs on a monthly basis, including leaders from hospitals, pharmacy directors, academic leaders, and key experts.

β€’ Meet with relevant government officials monthly alongside commercial staff.

β€’ Provide a monthly report on product business and market conditions to the regional manager, with a copy sent to the product manager.

β€’ Engage in discussions about market activities with representatives, develop strategic plans, obtain approval from product and regional managers, monitor effectiveness and return on investment, and reconcile expenses within one month of payment.

β€’ Conduct 8 hours of productive visits within the assigned region each day.

β€’ Remain accessible by phone between 8:00 and 22:00.

β€’ Oversee report management.
