This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee all facets of the program within a specified geographic region.
• Ensure that patients have convenient access to their medication by supervising and managing remote Field Case Managers and Personal Care Specialists or Wellness Case Managers.
• Proactively detect areas for enrollment expansion and address client concerns.
• Serve as the program advocate among key stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide new field team members to promote program services to patients and healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with Commercial District Managers to optimize program opportunities with significant clients and implement strategies.
• Partner with management to guarantee a clear understanding of the team’s mission and objectives.
• Identify project and work-related skill requirements and align them with available talent.
• Work alongside Training Managers to enhance team competencies and close knowledge gaps.
• Gather feedback and suggestions for program improvements.
• Stay informed about industry trends and upcoming legislation that could affect the business.
• Promote ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
• Recruit, interview, and fill open positions.
• Conduct performance evaluations and oversee professional development for the field team.
• Train, inspire, and cultivate field teams.
• Spend considerable time in the field with remote teams.
• Manage employee relations and implement progressive discipline when necessary.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure an exceptional customer experience and adherence to program operating procedures.
• Utilize CRM and reports to supervise, train, and mentor field teams.
• Approve expenditures, expenses, mileage, and other budget-related costs.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• A background in health professions, such as nursing or other medical fields, is advantageous.
• At least 5 years of experience in people management, clinical program management, or related areas in healthcare.
• CCPE certification is beneficial.
• Experience in managing patient support programs is a plus.
• Expertise in key account management is essential.
• Knowledge of private and public reimbursement environments is advantageous.
• Ability to interpret and utilize data to pinpoint opportunities and challenges with customers and team members.
• Skill in coaching field teams to advocate for program services to customers and patients.
• Ability to identify and promote efficiencies (tasks, technology, etc.).
• Proficiency in working with CRM systems and leveraging their analytics.
• Exceptional project management capabilities with a track record of organizing, planning, and executing projects from conception to implementation.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to effectively and efficiently resolve associate issues.
• Strong critical thinking skills.
• In-depth industry knowledge.
• Proficient communication skills in both French and English (oral and written) are required in Quebec and an asset elsewhere in Canada.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills with a solid knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong business acumen.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% based on region and responsibilities.
• Must be able and willing to work in the home offices of field team members.
• Capable of collaborating with various stakeholders.
• Ability to mentor and develop others.
• Valid, non-expired, unrestricted driver’s license is required.
