• Oversee district-level operations for Kate Spade New York.

• Utilize strategic foresight to predict future impacts and trends, formulating strategies and plans accordingly.

• Mentor direct reports and others through challenging assignments and developmental conversations.

• Cultivate effective teams that promote morale, encourage open dialogue, foster a sense of belonging, and ensure shared accountability.

• Achieve and surpass performance objectives.

• Build and sustain productive relationships with both internal and external customers.
