District Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage a portfolio comprising 10-15 childcare centers with revenue exceeding $10M.

• Lead a dedicated team of Center Directors.

• Equip Center Directors with essential tools, coaching, and mentorship.

• Recruit, develop, empower, and engage both Center Directors and teaching staff.

• Promote quality, accreditation, and educational excellence across the district.

• Foster customer relationships within the market.

• Support sound business decisions while prioritizing the needs of children and families.

• Identify sales opportunities and drive business strategies to boost revenue, customer retention, and acquisition.

• Ensure quality and consistency across all centers.

• Enhance the acquisition and retention of families.

• A minimum of 2-3 years of demonstrated success as a multi-unit leader.

• Capability to identify, develop, retain, and engage a high-performing team.

• Strong business acumen; adept at driving financial results and recognizing sales opportunities.

• Leadership experience in a customer-focused and talent-oriented environment.
