District Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage a portfolio of 10-15 childcare centers generating more than $10M in revenue.

• Lead a team of Center Directors effectively.

• Equip Center Directors with the necessary tools, coaching, and mentorship.

• Recruit, develop, empower, and engage Center Directors and teaching staff.

• Maintain a strong emphasis on quality, accreditation, and educational excellence across the district.

• Foster customer relationships throughout the market.

• Support strategic business decisions while prioritizing the needs of children and families.

• Identify sales opportunities and implement business strategies to enhance revenue, customer retention, and acquisition.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of experience as a successful multi-unit leader.

• Proven ability to identify, develop, retain, and engage a successful team.

• Strong business acumen with a capacity to drive financial results and recognize sales opportunities.

• Leadership experience in environments focused on customer service and talent development.
