District Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage a portfolio of 10-15 childcare centers generating more than $10M in revenue.

• Lead a team of Center Directors.

• Equip Center Directors with necessary tools, coaching, and mentorship.

• Recruit, develop, empower, and engage both Center Directors and teaching staff.

• Foster a strong emphasis on quality, accreditation, and educational excellence across the district.

• Cultivate customer relationships within the market.

• Support sound business decisions that prioritize the needs of children and families.

• Identify sales opportunities and implement strategies to enhance revenue, customer retention, and acquisition.

• Build community ties and provide outstanding experiences for families.

• At least 2-3 years of experience as a successful multi-unit leader.

• Proven ability to identify, develop, retain, and engage a high-performing team.

• Strong business acumen with the ability to drive financial results and recognize sales opportunities.

• Leadership experience in environments focused on customer satisfaction and talent development.
