District Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage a portfolio of 10-15 childcare centers generating more than $10M in revenue.

• Lead a team composed of Center Directors.

• Equip Center Directors with essential tools, guidance, and mentorship.

• Recruit, develop, empower, and engage both Center Directors and teaching staff.

• Maintain a consistent emphasis on quality, accreditation, and educational excellence throughout the district.

• Foster customer relationships across the market.

• Promote and support sound business decisions with the welfare of children and families in mind.

• Identify potential sales opportunities.

• Drive strategic business decisions to enhance revenue, customer retention, and acquisition.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a successful multi-unit leader.

• Capability to identify, develop, retain, and engage a successful team.

• Strong business acumen; ability to drive financial outcomes and spot sales opportunities.

• Leadership experience in environments focused on customer satisfaction and talent development.
