District Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage a portfolio comprising 10-15 childcare centers with an annual revenue exceeding $10M.

• Guide a team of Center Directors in their roles.

• Equip Center Directors with essential tools, coaching, and mentorship.

• Recruit, nurture, empower, and engage both Center Directors and teaching staff.

• Ensure a consistent emphasis on quality, accreditation, and educational excellence across the district.

• Cultivate customer relationships throughout the market.

• Facilitate and support sound business decisions with the welfare of children and families as a priority.

• Recognize sales opportunities and steer business decisions aimed at enhancing revenue, customer retention, and acquisition.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of experience as a proven multi-unit leader.

• Capability to identify, develop, retain, and engage a successful team.

• Strong business acumen; adept at driving financial results and recognizing sales opportunities.

• Leadership experience in a customer and talent-oriented environment.

• A passion for working with children and a strong commitment to making a positive impact daily.
