District Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage a portfolio comprising 10-15 childcare centers, generating more than $10M in revenue.

• Lead a dedicated team of Center Directors.

• Equip Center Directors with essential tools, coaching, and mentorship.

• Recruit, develop, empower, and engage both Center Directors and teaching staff.

• Maintain a consistent focus on quality, accreditation, and educational excellence across the district.

• Foster customer relationships throughout the market.

• Support sound business decisions with the well-being of children and families in mind.

• Identify sales opportunities and drive strategic business decisions to enhance revenue, customer retention, and acquisition.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a successful multi-unit leader.

• Proven ability to identify, develop, retain, and engage a successful team.

• Strong business acumen; capability to drive financial results and recognize sales opportunities.

• Leadership experience in an environment focused on customer satisfaction and talent development.
