District Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage a portfolio comprising 10-15 childcare centers, generating more than $10M in revenue.

• Lead a team of Center Directors.

• Equip Center Directors with essential tools, coaching, and mentorship.

• Recruit, train, empower, and engage both Center Directors and teaching staff.

• Promote quality, accreditation, and educational excellence across the district.

• Cultivate customer relationships throughout the market.

• Support sound business decisions with the needs of children and families in mind.

• Identify sales opportunities and implement strategies to boost revenue, customer retention, and acquisition.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of experience as a successful multi-unit leader.

• Capability to identify, develop, retain, and engage an effective team.

• Strong business acumen; ability to drive financial outcomes and recognize sales opportunities.

• Leadership experience in a customer-focused and talent-oriented environment.
