District Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage a portfolio comprising 10-15 childcare centers, generating in excess of $10M in revenue.

• Lead and mentor a team of Center Directors.

• Equip Center Directors with essential tools, coaching, and guidance.

• Recruit, nurture, empower, and engage both Center Directors and teaching staff.

• Maintain a consistent emphasis on quality, accreditation, and educational excellence across the district.

• Foster customer relationships throughout the community.

• Support sound business decisions that prioritize children and families.

• Identify sales opportunities and implement business strategies to enhance revenue, customer retention, and acquisition.

• Cultivate community connections and provide exceptional experiences.

• At least 2-3 years of experience as a proven multi-unit leader.

• Proven ability to identify, develop, retain, and engage a successful team.

• Strong business acumen; capable of driving financial results and recognizing sales opportunities.

• Leadership experience in a customer-focused and talent-oriented environment.
