District Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage a portfolio of 10–15 childcare centers generating more than $10M in revenue.

• Lead a team of Center Directors, providing them with tools, coaching, and mentorship.

• Recruit, develop, empower, and engage Center Directors and teaching staff.

• Ensure a consistent focus on quality, accreditation, and educational excellence across the district.

• Cultivate customer relationships throughout the market.

• Support sound business decisions with the welfare of children and families in mind.

• Manage a business portfolio and pinpoint sales opportunities.

• Make business decisions aimed at boosting revenue, customer retention, and acquisition.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2–3 years of experience as a successful multi-unit leader.

• Proven ability to identify, develop, retain, and engage a high-performing team.

• Strong business acumen.

• Capacity to drive financial performance and identify sales opportunities.

• Leadership experience in a customer-centric and talent-focused environment.
