District Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage a portfolio of 10-15 childcare centers generating over $10M in revenue.

• Lead a team of Center Directors.

• Equip Center Directors with necessary tools, coaching, and mentorship.

• Recruit, develop, empower, and engage both Center Directors and teaching staff.

• Maintain a consistent emphasis on quality, accreditation, and educational excellence across the district.

• Foster customer relationships throughout the market.

• Make sound business decisions with the interests of children and families at the forefront.

• Identify sales opportunities and drive business strategies to enhance revenue, customer retention, and acquisition.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a successful multi-unit leader.

• Proven ability to identify, develop, retain, and engage a successful team.

• Strong business acumen; capable of driving financial outcomes and recognizing sales opportunities.

• Leadership experience in a customer and talent-driven environment.
