District Director of Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Ensure outstanding service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction across the district.

• Take responsibility for sales, profitability, and debt management within the district.

• Implement marketing strategies that align with regional and/or Company objectives.

• Track store performance metrics against set goals.

• Collaborate with the Regional Operations Manager regarding store performance, sales, marketing, operations, and staffing needs.

• Lead the introduction of new products and services.

• Conduct monthly store visits and audits, performing thorough reviews of each location to ensure adherence to operational, legal, and compliance standards.

• Oversee and facilitate compliance training, monitoring, and necessary corrective actions.

• Engage with corporate business partners.

• Carry out people leadership responsibilities, including approving timecards, managing performance, ensuring completion of required training, tracking team metrics, and supporting associate career development goals.

• Supervise designated teams and perform other related duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.

• Previous management experience in a multi-unit business environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong time management, organizational abilities, written and verbal communication skills, along with problem-solving, reasoning, and analytical capabilities.

• Must possess reliable personal transportation in accordance with established policies and procedures.

• Required to maintain a valid Driver’s License and valid Automobile Insurance while employed with the company.

• Ability and commitment to consistently embody and uphold core values of accountability, inclusivity, transparency, and focus.

• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodations.

• Must be willing to travel to all stores within the assigned district and to other districts in the region.

• Expected to travel up to 50% of the time, including overnight stays.
