District Director of Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Responsible for overseeing daily operations and meeting KPIs across multiple locations within the designated district.

• Develop a high-performing team through effective recruitment, selection, onboarding, training, and retention of store associates.

• Ensure superior service and high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the district.

• Maintain responsibility for sales performance, profitability, and debt management.

• Implement marketing strategies that are in line with regional and corporate objectives.

• Track store performance against set targets.

• Collaborate with the Regional Operations Manager regarding store performance, sales, marketing, operations, and staffing matters.

• Lead the rollout of new products and services.

• Conduct monthly visits and audits of each location to verify adherence to operational, legal, and compliance standards.

• Oversee and facilitate compliance training, monitoring, and remediation efforts.

• Interact with corporate business partners.

• Carry out people leader responsibilities, including approving timecards, managing performance, ensuring training completion, tracking team metrics, and supporting associate career development goals.

• Perform additional duties as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required.

• Previous management experience in business operations within a multi-unit environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong time management, organizational, written and verbal communication, problem-solving, reasoning, and analytical skills.

• Must possess reliable personal transportation in accordance with established policy and procedures.

• A valid Driver’s License and valid Automobile Insurance must be maintained while employed by the company.

• Ability and commitment to consistently embody core values of accountability, inclusivity, transparency, and focus.

• Willingness and ability to travel to all stores within the assigned district and to other districts within the region.

• Up to 50% travel, including overnight stays, is anticipated.
