This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +1 more state.
• Implement Lowe's DIY and Pro Credit offerings throughout designated districts.
• Enhance retail sales via Lowe's Credit products while meeting objectives for credit applications, credit sales, and credit penetration.
• Establish and nurture relationships with store associates, District Managers, district teams, regional field leaders, and business partners.
• Collaborate with district leadership to design and execute strategic plans, as well as communicate outcomes.
• Demonstrate effective credit-selling techniques and provide hands-on coaching and training.
• Conduct weekly calls and engage in store visits to support promotional campaigns and new credit initiatives.
• Gather and relay credit market intelligence to inform business decisions.
• Evaluate local and territory performance trends utilizing company reports and ad-hoc analyses.
• Identify credit opportunities and emerging risks while recognizing performance metrics.
• Address credit issues as necessary.
• Collaborate with lending providers to evaluate business risks, safeguard Lowe's reputation, customers, and assets, and ensure compliance.
• Transparently escalate, manage, and report control issues.
• Maintain customer interaction as a vital aspect of the role.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of the educational requirement, if applicable.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in retail operations, sales, or credit.
• Alternatively, 5–7 years of combined experience in retail sales or credit may substitute for degree and experience requirements in sales/credit.
• Proven experience in developing credit performance plans and analyzing performance trends.
• Competence in coaching and training store associates on credit-selling practices.
• Ability to cultivate relationships with store and district leadership.
• Skill in assessing business risks and ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Capability to manage and report control issues transparently.
