📋 Description

• Oversee the design and development of scalable, cloud-native AI-driven software systems and intelligent automation solutions.

• Convert domain-specific strategies into system-level executions.

• Ensure the integrity of architecture and operational excellence.

• Advocate for DevOps methodologies and CI/CD practices.

• Maintain resilient, observable, and high-performance services with comprehensive monitoring and alerting.

• Offer technical direction through code assessments, architectural choices, and incident investigations.

• Guide engineers across various teams.

• Identify and address architectural constraints.

• Propel automation and enhance engineering efficiency.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business aims.

• Establish success metrics, conduct experiments, and create predictive and causal solutions for marketplace technology.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related field, along with 6 years of experience in software engineering or a related area; OR 8 years of experience in software engineering or a related field.

• Extensive expertise in designing and constructing scalable, cloud-native software systems with AI integration.

• Demonstrated capability to lead system-level technical execution while ensuring architectural integrity and operational excellence.

• Strong knowledge of DevOps methodologies and CI/CD practices.

• Experience in delivering resilient, observable, and high-performance services.

• Proficiency in automating processes and optimizing system scalability.

• Effective mentorship and leadership skills.

• Outstanding collaboration and communication abilities.

• Familiarity with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and best practices for digital accessibility (preferred).
