
Dispensing Audiologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform evaluations and consultations for hearing aids.
• Develop personalized treatment strategies.
• Suggest hearing technology tailored to each patient's specific needs.
• Fit, verify, and adjust hearing devices utilizing best practices, including real-ear measurements.
• Provide counseling to patients and their families throughout the rehabilitation journey.
• Offer long-term follow-up and continuous clinical care.
• Collaborate with physicians and onsite Clinic Assistants to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Oversee the clinical relationship, which includes evaluation, treatment planning, counseling, and verification.
• Provide remote care via the MaestroFusion® platform across various ENT and private audiology practices.
• Background in ENT, private audiology, or hearing aid retail environments.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on clinical experience.
• Must be licensed, or eligible for licensure, as an audiologist (AuD or master's degree in Audiology).
• Experience in dispensing hearing aids.
• Proficient verification and fitting skills are essential.
• Preferred professional certification (CCC-A or ABA) for audiologists.
• Familiarity with major hearing aid brands and remote programming platforms is preferred.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday during standard clinic hours.
• Experience with remote care is an added advantage.
• Options for W-2 employee or 1099 contractor engagements.
• Fixed weekly schedule available for both part-time and full-time roles.
