Dispatcher Application Engineer, Blue Yonder

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Provide support and improvements for an established Blue Yonder Dispatcher WMS solution.

• Design and implement advanced Oracle SQL and PL/SQL scripts tailored for client-specific functionality.

• Generate and manage reports utilizing Jaspersoft / JasperReports.

• Configure and resolve issues related to Merge rules and RF/RDT warehouse workflows.

• Assist warehouse business teams with technical analysis and problem resolution.

• Transition application modifications from Test through UAT into Production.

• Diagnose issues related to applications, data, workflows, and integrations.

• Record changes and collaborate within enterprise IT, security, and change-management protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with Blue Yonder Dispatcher, JDA Dispatcher, or RedPrairie Dispatcher.

• Proficient in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development.

• Solid understanding of warehouse operations and WMS procedures.

• Experience in supporting application modifications across Test, UAT, and Production environments.

• Excellent troubleshooting abilities and strong communication skills with stakeholders.

• Familiarity with Jaspersoft / JasperReports.

• Experience with Merge rules.

• Knowledge of RF / RDT workflows and configuration.

• Understanding of processes related to receiving, inventory, replenishment, picking, packing, and dispatching.

• Experience in client-specific Dispatcher enhancements and customizations.
