Dispatch Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Respond to and manage inquiries, issues, and orders from both external and internal customers.

• Address and resolve service-related challenges and concerns.

• Ensure that customer interactions are polite, professional, and timely.

• Efficiently handle phone calls for service inquiries as required.

• Assess and oversee the schedules of service technicians throughout the day.

• Collaborate with service technicians and Service Managers to enhance operational efficiency and optimize technician scheduling.

• Manage exceptions and assist with issues that Customer Service Representatives are unable to resolve.

• Conduct research to address credit or billing inquiries.

• Input basic part orders using manufacturer or item identifiers.

• Accurately bill service invoices by utilizing the right item numbers, quantities, and van stock.

• Keep precise records of deleted or cancelled service calls.

• Document interactions with customers, technicians, sales representatives, and Service Managers.

• Provide management with accurate and timely updates.

• Maintain a calm, confident, and professional demeanor.

• Set a positive example with a proactive attitude.

• Strong communication skills.

• Proficient in computer usage, telephone etiquette, and customer service.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Keen attention to detail.

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Previous customer service experience is preferred.

• Must be local to Reno, Nevada.
