Dispatch LPN, Hospice & HH – PT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Provide after-hours nursing triage for hospice and home health care providers.

• Assist IntellaTriage nurses and clients by coordinating visits based on priority needs.

• Manage cases requiring a nurse visit that are assigned to a workgroup by a triage nurse.

• Prioritize workgroup cases according to their acuity levels.

• Utilize internal tools to determine the appropriate on-call staff member.

• Make outbound calls to customers’ on-call staff to schedule visits and communicate call details.

• Availability to work every other Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 7 pm CST.

⛳️ Requirements

• MUST possess or be willing to acquire a Compact LPN license.

• Must reside in or work from a Compact US state.

• Experience in end-of-life care is mandatory.

• Bilingual proficiency: ability to speak, write, and read in both English and Spanish.

• High-speed internet connection is required.

• Must be technologically adept.

• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

• Competent typing skills are necessary.

• A valid LPN license is required.

• Availability to work every other weekend, Saturday and Sunday, from 10 am to 7 pm CST.

• Strong communication skills are essential.

• Detail-oriented and dependable.

• Comfortable using spreadsheet applications.

• Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic role.
