Dispatch LPN, Hospice & HH

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Oversee encounters necessitating a nurse visit that have been assigned to a workgroup by a triage nurse.

• Assess and prioritize workgroup encounters according to acuity levels.

• Utilize internal resources to pinpoint the appropriate on-call staff member.

• Make outbound calls to customers’ on-call personnel to coordinate visits and convey call details.

• Assist IntellaTriage nurses and clients in scheduling visits based on urgent needs.

• Provide after-hours nurse triage assistance for hospice and home health service providers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess or be willing to obtain a Compact LPN license.

• Must reside in or work from a Compact US state.

• Experience in end-of-life care is essential.

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, encompassing speaking, writing, and reading skills.

• Must have access to high-speed internet.

• Proficient with technology, skilled in keyboard use, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting.

• Valid LPN license required.

• Availability to work every other weekend, specifically Saturday and Sunday, from 10am–7pm CST.

• Strong communication skills.

• Detail-oriented and dependable.

• Comfortable utilizing spreadsheets.

• Capable of multitasking in a dynamic role.
