Dispatch Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Dakota.

📋 Description

• Oversee the internal application task board on Skye to track aging unclaimed jobs.

• Select servers to take on jobs by reaching out to primary and nearby servers through Skye, maps, text, phone, and email.

• Recognize jobs that cannot be claimed due to missing customer details or other dispatch-blocking issues.

• Address issues and escalate them to teams when necessary.

• Monitor and report on trends related to jobs that are stuck.

• Examine unclaimed zip codes within assigned states and collaborate with servers and regional recruiters.

• Inform recruiters about areas requiring additional coverage due to high volume, unclaimed zip codes, offline vendors, sheriff dispatches, or underperforming local servers.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in dispatching, customer service, operations coordination, or a similar fast-paced, communication-intensive role.

• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to handle high-volume tasks and adapt to shifting priorities.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Capability to analyze data, identify obstacles, and escalate issues as needed.

• Proficient in using digital tools, internal platforms, and map-based systems.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives.

• Dependable, consistent, and capable of adhering to established processes with a high level of accuracy.
