Dispatch Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mississippi.

📋 Description

• Oversee the Skye internal application task board to pinpoint aging unclaimed jobs

• Reach out to primary and nearby servers via Skye, mapping tools, text, phone, and email to identify process servers for job claims

• Determine jobs that cannot be claimed due to missing customer information or other dispatch-related issues

• Address issues and escalate them to the appropriate teams when necessary

• Track and report trends in stalled jobs

• Examine unclaimed zip codes in designated states and liaise with servers and regional recruiters

• Inform recruiters about areas needing additional coverage due to job volume, unclaimed zip codes, offline vendors, sheriff dispatches, or inadequate local server performance

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in dispatching, customer service, operations coordination, or a comparable fast-paced, communication-intensive role

• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to handle high-volume tasks and shifting priorities

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Capability to analyze information, recognize obstacles, and appropriately escalate issues

• Comfortable using digital tools, internal platforms, and map-based systems

• Demonstrated ability to work independently while supporting team objectives

• Dependable, consistent, and capable of adhering to established processes with high accuracy

• Full-time availability from Thursday to Monday, 8am to 5pm CST
