Dispatch Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.

📋 Description

• Oversee the Skye internal application task board to pinpoint aging unclaimed jobs.

• Reach out to primary and nearby servers via Skye, maps, text, phone, and email to select servers for job claiming.

• Identify jobs that are unclaimable due to missing customer information or other dispatch obstacles.

• Address issues and escalate them to the appropriate teams when necessary.

• Track and report trends related to stuck jobs.

• Examine unclaimed ZIP codes within assigned states and collaborate with county servers and the regional recruiter.

• Inform the recruiter about areas needing extra coverage due to job volume, unclaimed ZIP codes, offline vendors, sheriff dispatches, or inadequate local-server performance.

• Frequently coordinate with servers and internal partners to ensure smooth legal-document delivery operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in dispatching, customer service, operations coordination, or a similar fast-paced, communication-intensive role.

• Strong organizational abilities to handle high-volume tasks and adapt to shifting priorities.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Capability to analyze information, identify obstacles, and escalate issues as needed.

• Proficient in navigating digital tools, internal platforms, and map-based systems.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives.

• Dependable, consistent, and capable of adhering to established processes with a high level of accuracy.

• Must reside in Louisiana.

• Availability for a full-time schedule from Thursday to Monday, 8am–5pm CST.
