Diseñador UX – Exp en Banca

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Lead processes of research, exploration, ideation, prototyping, and evaluation of experiences.

• Design journeys, blueprints, experience maps, ecosystem maps, and improvement opportunities.

• Facilitate co-creation, ideation, and strategic definition sessions with multidisciplinary teams.

• Translate insights into value propositions, service strategies, wireframes, and prototypes.

• Plan and conduct usability tests and user research.

• Define information architecture and navigation structures for digital products.

• Collaborate on comprehensive proposals with other areas and contribute to the product vision.

• Clearly communicate findings, progress, and recommendations to stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3-5 years of experience in UX design, service design, or user experience.

• Experience in user research, interviews, focus groups, shadowing, usability testing, and findings analysis.

• Proficiency in User Journey, Experience Map, Blueprint, Storyboarding, Wireframes, Prototypes, Problem Statement, Ecosystem Map, Personas, JTBD, empathy maps, and flow diagrams.

• Knowledge of information architecture, design systems, branding, and interaction documentation.

• Proficient in Figma, Mural, Miro, FigJam, Optimal Workshop, Maze, Hotjar, or similar tools.

• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Forms, Jira, and Confluence.

• Understanding of responsive design principles and data visualization components for dashboards.

• Ability to plan design phases, estimate efforts, and coordinate various areas.
