This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Design, evaluate, develop, deliver, and support training programs focused on learner engagement for diverse audiences across various locations and time zones.
• Produce and update training curricula and instructional materials.
• Create and assist with online recorded sessions and eLearning modules.
• Recognize development needs and training deficiencies through formal assessments and evaluation strategies.
• Provide constructive feedback to both learners and leadership.
• Monitor and report on training metrics.
• Act as a subject matter expert in theories and practices of adult learning.
• Engage in team and departmental project initiatives.
• Support coaching and RTIW responsibilities as required.
• Identify potential training risks and collaborate on developing risk mitigation strategies.
• Plan, oversee, and assess training effectiveness through various evaluation levels.
• Facilitate learning using a variety of strategies and techniques.
• Investigate and apply innovative training and development practices.
• Document workflows and procedures on Manusource.
• Experience in Disability Case Management across all benefits lines is advantageous; experience with STD or LTD is mandatory.
• Bilingual proficiency (English and French) is preferred; required for candidates in Québec to assist clients from various provinces.
