This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Drive both strategic and tactical planning for immediate and long-term objectives.
• Develop and sustain effective Business Management Systems materials, processes, and schedules to achieve targets.
• Oversee sales coverage alignment and manage territory for designated accounts.
• Assist in the compensation and quota-setting cycles for Global Accounts.
• Deliver business insights and analysis to support strategic initiatives.
• Facilitate sales cadences with Global Accounts leadership and ensure accurate weekly and quarterly forecasts.
• Conduct monthly financial interlocks with regions, Finance, and Business Units.
• Create ambitious yet achievable roadmaps and ensure execution of top- and bottom-line objectives.
• Evaluate business-case investments and financials to promote strategic growth.
• Manage projects aimed at improving Global Accounts business outcomes.
• Collaborate with global teams to enhance business delivery.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience delivering business insights to senior and global leadership for sales and financial operations.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of experience in providing business insights to senior and global leadership for sales and financial operations (preferred).
• A minimum of 15 years of progressive operations experience within a global sales context (preferred).
• Proven leadership experience in a global sales environment.
• Extensive experience in developing and optimizing Business Management Systems, processes, and tools.
• Experience in a leadership role managing teams across dotted lines.
• Detail-oriented with strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Capacity to collaborate effectively with peers, senior management, and other functional departments.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced and changing work environment.
• Exceptional oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Self-driven, proactive, independent, and dedicated.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to gather data from various sources and create concise reports.
• Capability to work during EST business hours.
• Expectation of quarterly travel.
