This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a multi-location Workplace Experience team.
• Take ownership of the regional employee experience strategy and implement it into standards, service levels, and programs across various offices.
• Design and manage onsite events, hospitality services, food provision, and community programming.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Security, Finance, Real Estate, and Communications.
• Oversee regional budgets and vendor partnerships.
• Establish Workplace metrics and enhance programs based on employee feedback and usage data.
• Manage the global Site Leader Program, including governance, recognition and compensation frameworks, cohort development, and coordination.
• Work alongside People Analytics to conduct workplace and office-use research, location analyses, global summaries, and hybrid work suggestions.
• Oversee the global Employee Resource Group program, which includes governance, budget management, leader development and recruitment, and integration of new-hire onboarding.
• Drive initiatives for belonging and manager enablement in conjunction with Learning and Talent Programs.
• Act as the senior Workplace partner for site leadership, advocating for employee needs in spatial and site-related decisions.
• Demonstrated success in leading Workplace, Employee Experience, or Facilities operations across multiple sites or regions.
• Experience in building and managing a distributed team, including hiring, training, and performance development.
• Proven ability to lead distributed cohorts, councils, or committees through influence rather than direct reporting structures.
• Proficiency in workforce and engagement data, with the capability to convert analysis into actionable insights for leaders.
• Established track record of managing multi-site operating budgets and vendor contracts.
• Experience in designing and executing employee events and onsite programs on a large scale.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills tailored for senior audiences.
• Critical thinking skills combined with effective operational follow-through in a rapidly changing environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams across different time zones.
• Experience supporting creative, gaming, or technology-oriented workforces.
• Familiarity with workplace technology, space planning tools, or occupancy analytics.
• Experience leading Workplace programs during periods of growth, relocation, or office openings.
• Adequate proficiency in English for professional verbal and written communication.
