This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
β’ Oversee HackerOne's comprehensive Total Rewards strategy, which encompasses compensation structure, pay bands, leveling, equity, and benefits.
β’ Lead and expand the Total Rewards, People Systems, and People Analytics teams.
β’ Establish the People Analytics practice that focuses on headcount, attrition, pay equity, and employee engagement.
β’ Manage the People technology roadmap, primarily utilizing Workday.
β’ Execute annual compensation and benefits cycles, including market analysis, merit increases, bonuses, and equity planning.
β’ Implement changes within Total Rewards and system processes effectively.
β’ Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and the executive team on matters related to pay equity, budget and headcount planning, executive and board compensation documentation, and compliance with regulations.
β’ Create data governance frameworks, controls, and audit mechanisms for compensation and personnel data.
β’ Cultivate managers and specialists to evolve into future People leaders.
β’ A minimum of 12 years of experience in Total Rewards, compensation, and analytics, with a focus on designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs at scale.
β’ At least 5 years of experience in people leadership, including managing managers or team leads.
β’ Proven hands-on experience with an HRIS, particularly Workday, along with familiarity with the wider People technology stack, covering data integrity, integrations, and reporting.
β’ Demonstrated success in developing People analytics and workforce reporting utilized by executives for strategic decision-making.
β’ Experience collaborating with Finance and Legal on issues related to pay equity, compensation cycles, and compliance across multiple regions.
β’ Prior experience in supporting executive and/or board-level compensation is preferred.
β’ Global Total Rewards experience across several countries is advantageous.
β’ Knowledge of market benchmarking frameworks such as Radford or Pave is preferred.
β’ Experience in redesigning People workflows that leverage AI capabilities is a plus.
β’ Candidates should reside in HackerOne's hiring hubs located in San Francisco Bay, CA, Austin, TX, or Seattle, WA, or more broadly on the West Coast of the United States (Pacific time zone).
