This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and direct a scalable talent acquisition framework that aligns with Chomps' growth objectives.
• Take ownership of the recruiting strategy from start to finish, encompassing workforce planning, pipeline development, employer branding, and hiring systems.
• Oversee the implementation of Chomps' hiring roadmap and act as the senior authority on recruitment efforts.
• Collaborate with the SVP of People and Senior Director of People & Culture on yearly and quarterly hiring strategies.
• Anticipate headcount requirements and manage the opening and prioritization of requisitions within the sanctioned headcount framework.
• Address process-related, sourcing, and approval obstacles.
• Lead executive-level and specialized searches, creating targeted sourcing strategies.
• Establish recruiting priorities and standards for all requisitions.
• Manage, mentor, and develop the Talent Acquisition team.
• Oversee the recruiting technology stack, which includes Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Handshake.
• Maintain the efficiency metrics and recruiting funnel, enhancing reporting procedures.
• Identify and apply AI automation throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
• Enhance employer brand positioning and broaden talent pools.
• Counsel leaders on organizational design, role definitions, and competitive compensation packages.
• Manage compensation benchmarking and relationships with third-party recruiting agencies.
• Provide regular updates on hiring health to the People Team leadership.
• Ensure adherence to EEO, OFCCP, and relevant employment regulations.
• Uphold ATS data integrity and readiness for audits.
• Advocate for fairness, transparency, and consistency in hiring methodologies.
• Over 8 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.
• At least 2 years of experience leading recruiters or a Talent Acquisition department.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to scale recruiting operations during periods of headcount expansion.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities, with a track record of developing high-performing recruiting teams amidst growth and change.
• Extensive knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, ATS platforms (such as Greenhouse or similar), and sourcing tools.
• Data-driven and analytical, capable of translating recruiting metrics and reports into actionable insights, recommendations, and updates for leadership.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills at all organizational levels, including executive leadership.
• A passion for purpose-driven brands, culture-building, and the high-quality food/CPG industry is a plus.
• Experience working with remote teams.
• Familiarity with navigating an international brand landscape.
• Highly ethical, with the ability to handle confidential matters with tact and discretion.
• Capable of being both entrepreneurial and methodical.
• Results-oriented and process-driven, maintaining high standards for self and team.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to build trust, communicate effectively, and work well across teams.
• Must reside in the United States.
