This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Manage the enterprise Supply Chain Program Management Office by developing governance frameworks, stage-gate processes, and performance benchmarks.
• Ensure the alignment of the supply chain program portfolio with the corporate strategy, financial goals, and operational priorities.
• Create materials for and facilitate executive steering committees, promoting transparent decision-making and effective risk escalation.
• Maintain a multi-year roadmap that includes digital transformation, network optimization, procurement strategy, planning modernization, and operational excellence.
• Direct programs within procurement, planning, manufacturing, logistics, and supplier management.
• Supervise program managers and project managers to ensure adherence to delivery methodology and execution discipline.
• Manage portfolio capacity, resource distribution, and interdependency mapping across global teams.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards for monitoring schedule, budget, benefits realization, and risk management.
• Spearhead enterprise-level change management initiatives, including communication, training, and adoption strategies.
• Cultivate relationships with executives, plant leadership, IT, finance, and external partners.
• Take accountability for program outcomes and represent the supply chain PMO in executive forums.
• Collaborate with IT and business leaders on ERP, MRP, WMS, TMS, PLM, and analytics modernization initiatives.
• Oversee the implementation of automation, advanced planning systems, supplier portals, and visibility platforms.
• Ensure that technology programs are integrated, scalable, and consistent with enterprise architecture.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or enterprise program leadership.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale programs in a global setting.
• Familiarity with procurement, planning, manufacturing, logistics, and supplier management.
• Strong expertise in PMO governance, portfolio management, and executive reporting.
• Experience with digital transformation in the supply chain sector.
