This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Oversee and manage the integration of supply chain operations across newly acquired entities.
• Lead transformation programs that involve cross-functional teams to standardize supply chain processes, systems, and personnel.
• Establish integration roadmaps, key milestones, and performance indicators.
• Drive alignment with GSOP&E initiatives and best practices in supply chain management.
• Optimize various aspects of the supply chain including purchasing, inventory management, planning, logistics, risk management, supplier collaboration, and GSOP.
• Identify and realize supply chain synergies, cost reduction opportunities, and operational enhancements.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, finance, and commercial teams to ensure consistent supply and reduce disruptions.
• Lead change management and initiatives for cultural and process alignment.
• Act as a liaison between sites and executive leadership, providing updates and facilitating decision-making processes.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and foster collaboration between legacy and new teams.
• Identify risks associated with integration and future supply chain activities, and develop plans to mitigate them.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, corporate policies, and industry standards.
• Work together on the integration of supply chain technologies, ERP systems, and data platforms.
• Leverage data analytics to assess supply chain performance and pinpoint integration opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop material managers, site leaders, and staff members.
• Build a high-performing, agile supply chain organization that supports growth post-integration.
• Drive organizational development initiatives that encourage engagement and adaptability.
• Report directly to the Vice President of Operations.
• Travel up to 60% based on integration efforts and project scope.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain leadership.
• Significant experience with M&A or business integration projects.
• Proven success in leading supply chain integration during complex organizational transformations.
• Strong understanding of procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supplier relationship management.
• Exceptional skills in project and program management.
• Familiarity with integration tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capability to influence and drive alignment across various functions.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Familiar with supply chain analytics platforms.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
