This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage and sustain annual sales ranging from $3.5M to $5.0M for quality and clinical documentation projects.
• Supervise client relationships as the Director who interacts directly with clients.
• Oversee a team of 6 to 8 full-time employees and 3 to 5 contractors across 3 to 5 quality initiatives.
• Analyze intricate quality analytics and perform evaluations autonomously.
• Conduct independent assessments to evaluate the performance of quality and clinical documentation integrity.
• Guide project teams and spearhead business development efforts for the quality service line.
• Create internal methodologies to adapt to evolving client engagements as solutions progress.
• Collaborate with provider organizations to evaluate quality and clinical documentation performance, pinpoint improvement areas, and formulate actionable strategies.
• A Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, nursing, business, or a related discipline is required.
• A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Extensive experience in hospitals or health systems concerning healthcare quality ratings, CSM scores, Leapfrog, and safety ratings is required.
• Direct experience in healthcare quality performance, clinical documentation integrity, hospital quality ratings, and patient safety improvement is essential.
• Experience at the consulting Director level is highly preferred.
• Background in healthcare consulting and leadership in client-facing engagements is preferred but not mandatory.
• Profound understanding of quality measurement methodologies, ratings programs, patient safety frameworks, and performance improvement strategies.
• Capability to interpret complex healthcare data, synthesize insights, communicate recommendations to executive stakeholders, and drive measurable outcomes.
• Proficiency in leading teams, managing senior client relationships, influencing decision-making, and fostering business growth in a consulting environment.
• An Epic technical background and familiarity with Epic reporting and provider documentation workflows are preferred.
• Relevant industry certifications or clinical credentials are advantageous.
