This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Act as the main technical and client-facing liaison for potential and onboarding partners, including conducting demos, engaging in technical deep-dives, and addressing RFP/security questionnaires.
• Define and manage integration plans encompassing API, FIX, webhooks, exposure, and settlement feeds from initiation to go-live.
• Resolve integration issues in real-time, escalating only those that truly require engineering intervention.
• Identify regulatory and compliance touchpoints pertinent to CFTC-regulated DCM operations in collaboration with Legal/Compliance.
• Convert partner requirements into technical specifications for the Engineering team.
• Rephrase platform limitations into language that is accessible for partners.
• Direct decisions regarding integration architecture design and create reusable patterns across partners.
• Maintain comprehensive integration documentation, sandbox environments, and reusable onboarding playbooks.

• Serve as a singular, consistent technical point of contact from evaluation through to go-live.
• Manage the complete partner-integration lifecycle, with the current integration engineer reporting to this role.
• Over 10 years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, or client-centric integration engineering position.
• Direct experience with a traditional financial institution, exchange, broker-dealer, or trading venue (equities, futures, FX, or derivatives).
• Proficient in reading and writing API documentation, FIX specifications, and integrating webhook-based systems.
• Scripting capabilities in Python/JavaScript for testing harnesses and demonstrations.
• Proven history of managing the complete client technical relationship—not merely passing off after the sale.
• Experience in developing and enhancing API documentation via ReadMe, along with a supporting team.
• Familiarity with the CFTC regulatory framework (DCM/DCO obligations, reporting, market makers, FCMs & IBs, FIX engines).
• Previous exposure to the sports-betting, prediction-market, or gaming industry (preferred).
• Background in security and compliance (preferred).
• Experience establishing a Sales Engineering function from the ground up at an early-stage company (preferred).
• Equity opportunities to share in the success of our growth.
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
• Flexible time off based on trust and accountability.
• A culture that values your time and minimizes unnecessary meetings.
• Hybrid or remote work options available within the U.S.
