This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their overall satisfaction.
β’ Oversee and manage all account and contractual elements, including planning, scheduling, coordination, quality assurance, confidentiality, and reporting on workload and financial outcomes.
β’ Administer an operating budget with profit and loss responsibility, encompassing monthly accruals as well as revenue and expense forecasts.
β’ Initiate, negotiate, and execute new projects to broaden the scope of engagement.
β’ Create and uphold project status reporting to effectively track, monitor, and ensure timely completion of contract deliverables.
β’ Collaborate with senior management to formulate and implement a strategic business plan.
β’ Monitor and relay progress to clients along with internal and external stakeholders.
β’ Identify and manage risks while maintaining consistent and effective communication.
β’ Participate in client stakeholder status meetings to present the results of contract work.
β’ Analyze and report on operational results and contract deliverables.
β’ Recognize gaps and suggest improvements for technology, processes, products, and services.
β’ Discover opportunities for value-added services for clients and stakeholders.
β’ Engage in quality management initiatives.
β’ BA/BS degree (preferably in Business, IT, Accounting, or Healthcare).
β’ At least 5 years of experience in client management, presentations, or supervisory roles.
β’ Minimum of 3 years of experience in Medicaid, Medicare, or Public Health.
β’ A general understanding of the Medicaid program, especially regarding coordination of benefits, coverage, and payment regulations is preferred.
β’ Proficient computer skills, including a strong command of Microsoft applications.
β’ Advanced technical knowledge is an advantage.
β’ Capability to manage relationships across task orders, various functional areas, and both physical and virtual environments.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 25% for client meetings, if necessary.
