This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a daily thought partner to the VP of Global Sales.
• Take ownership of the planning and execution within the sales organization.
• Shape strategic direction and ensure effective execution.
• Recognize and eliminate productivity bottlenecks within the sales team.
• Determine the role of AI in the sales process and ensure accountability for productivity improvements.
• Develop analyses based on sales data to aid leadership in decision-making.
• Recruit and manage a team of two to four analysts and strategy partners.
• Oversee segmentation strategy, including Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), account scoring, and territory design.
• Collaborate with GTM Finance on capacity modeling, goal setting, and long-term headcount planning.
• Establish metrics, instrumentation, and analysis suitable for executive review.
• Lead annual planning, forecasting, pipeline reviews, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Design and implement the complete sales process and reporting standards.
• Work alongside Revenue Enablement to develop training, playbooks, and tools.
• Set the AI strategy and spearhead its implementation across prospecting, forecasting, deal execution, and coaching.
• Collaborate with GTM Systems on sales tools, AI, and insights.
• Formulate and test hypotheses regarding segmentation, coverage, and productivity, converting findings into actionable decisions.
• Partner with Growth, Central Data, and Corporate Finance.
• Over 8 years of experience in sales strategy and operations, revenue operations, or top-tier consulting.
• Significant experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS, fintech, or marketplace environment.
• Proven track record as the primary strategic and operational advisor to a VP or C-level revenue leader.
• A well-defined perspective on the integration of AI and automation in modern sales operations, with proven implementation at scale.
• Extensive knowledge of pipeline metrics, capacity models, territory design, forecasting, and compensation plan formulation.
• Strong analytical abilities with the skill to independently develop models.
• Proficiency in influencing senior leaders without direct authority.
• Capability to hire and lead a team of two to four analysts and strategy partners within the next 12 to 18 months.
