This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and enhance sales initiatives for OneStream products and services within the State and Local market of North America.
• Meet and exceed regional sales and profitability objectives.
• Provide guidance and leadership to the regional sales team.
• Build, nurture, and manage the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and the achievement of sales goals.
• Cultivate market knowledge to develop sales strategies and establish sales targets.
• Create the account territory plan.
• Recruit and develop Account Managers.
• Guide the team on precise and timely forecasting in line with OneStream's established standards.
• Formulate and adhere to business plans.
• Monitor and forecast account sales.
• Assess pricing, terms, market trends, and customer requirements.
• Utilize industry, partner, and client connections to advocate for OneStream products and services.
• Coach the team in acquiring new Enterprise-level client accounts while sustaining existing relationships.
• Direct research on potential clients and devise sales strategies for initial outreach.
• Foster long-term client relationships and partnerships.
• Assist the team in developing proposals for client RFQs/RFPs.
• Lead efforts in OneStream product and industry knowledge while ensuring 100% customer success.
• Directly oversee the Sales, State & Local department in North America.
• Travel frequently, potentially up to 50% of the time.
• A minimum of 1 year of sales management experience, including the recruitment, coaching, and development of Account Executives.
• At least 3 years of quota-carrying sales experience in enterprise or SaaS settings.
• Experience working with State & Local accounts.
• Proven experience in a consultative role with C-level customers on intricate cloud-based, on-premises, or hybrid solutions.
• Significant customer service experience in assessing and evaluating customer needs and satisfaction.
• Outstanding oral and written comprehension, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Experience in demonstrating, promoting, and selling products/services.
• Previous experience leading a similar sales team is preferred.
• Familiarity and experience with marketing/sales strategies and tactics.
• Understanding of administration, business, and management principles.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Customer Relationship Management software, and other analytical or project management tools.
• Extensive experience working collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proven track record of surpassing revenue targets.
• A four-year college degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to establish rapport with C-level executives and customers.
• Highly organized and tech-savvy.
• Capability to understand and respond to customer needs.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances.
