This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Support fleets in optimizing the overall cost of fleet ownership through comprehensive fleet and mobile maintenance solutions.
• Enhance fleet efficiency and improve operational performance.
• Collaborate with National Sales Managers, Business Development Managers, and Account Managers.
• Establish and nurture relationships with existing customers.
• Foster new business opportunities from both prospects and current accounts.
• Oversee daily fleet management and mobile service sales operations.
• Ensure achievement of sales targets.
• Provide regular weekly and monthly sales management reports.
• Maximize revenue and profitability in alignment with set targets.
• Generate new business sales, penetrate markets, and develop opportunities within the US.
• Meet revenue goals by managing designated BDMs and AMs.
• Supervise Hunters (BDMs) and Farmers (AMs) within a specific geographic area.
• Plan, assign, and direct sales targets for both current accounts and new business leads.
• Create credit applications in accordance with new business credit-line requirements.
• Adhere to prospect and customer timelines for product and pricing updates.
• Conduct interviews, hire, train, and support new sales team members.
• Perform evaluations and PIPs for sales team performance.
• Meet MBO metrics as documented in Ignite.
• Maintain Salesforce data for the assigned geographic region.
• Measure KPIs utilizing the Salesforce Dashboard.
• Manage expense reports within the budgetary constraints.
• Navigate complex relational selling and innovate deal structures.
• Respond adeptly to sensitive inquiries and customer complaints.
• Basic understanding of deal-based innovation and relationship selling methodologies (e.g., Miller Heiman).
• Knowledge of Fleet Management & Mobile Maintenance as a Service (MaaS).
• Proficient in communicating effectively and delivering persuasive presentations to all organizational levels, including C-Suite executives.
• Proven history as a top sales performer utilizing Salesforce as a sales prospecting tool.
• Familiarity with regulations, maintenance procurement, and acquisition processes.
• High level of operational business acumen related to fleet and maintenance management.
• Excellent time management, interpersonal communication, and networking abilities.
• Goal-driven sales professional capable of working independently.
• Strong analytical capabilities, strategic vision, and thought leadership.
• At least 10 years of experience in a sales or senior sales management position, preferably in maintenance management/fleet management or within the government or utility mobile service sectors.
• Demonstrated high-level execution and sales performance with increasing responsibilities.
• Proven track record of sustained sales/revenue growth.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and engage with senior-level internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in supplier relations and exploring partnership opportunities.
• Direct experience negotiating pricing agreements with high-level internal and external stakeholders.
• A BA/BS degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the United States.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to operate an automobile.
